Do I need to buy a scale or any hardware?
No. Zero hardware required. PourIQ uses visual tenthing and your phone's camera for barcode scanning. Bar-i starts at $100 per month and still makes you buy Bluetooth scales. We think that is a waste of money.
What if I run two bars?
Pricing is per location: $75 per month each, plus applicable sales tax. For a second location, contact us and we'll add it to your account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New monthly subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Unless you cancel before then, your card is charged $75 plus applicable sales tax on the trial end date and monthly after that. You can also try the live demo first without entering payment details.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Month to month. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Export all your data in CSV or JSON before you leave. We do not believe in lock-in.
Are the AI features really included, or are they coming soon?
Included and live. AI Insights, Smart Ordering, Menu Price Optimizer, AI Recipe Creator, Demand Forecasting, and Natural Language Search all ship in the app. No add-ons, no separate billing, no waitlist.
How long until PourIQ pays for itself?
